Dharma Intenet Gateway

  Dharma Internet Gateway is directly connectable to existing call-centers with today technology, allowing the receipt and emission of telephone calls over the Internet exactly the same way to do will classical phone lines.

  To connect to current PABX/ACD systems, DataVoice provide a wide range of interfaces: 2 Mbit/s Primary Rate interfaces (PRI), QSIG, Basic Rate connections (BRI) and even analog lines.

   But when connected to a Dharma Call-Center the Dharma Internet Gateway unleashes all its power: call routing, sub-addressing, messaging facilities, and all the cutting edge call-processing capabilities Dharma Call-Centers provide are inmediately available for Internet users.

  And scalability is not a problem. Each gateway unit is able to provide up to 256 audio channels to allow 128 IP full-duplex conversations.
